If you like the idea of the Modular Building concept, but this budget is just out of your reach, don't worry!!.. If you can afford the plot, installations, taxes etc, we can arrange finance for you to purchase the Modular Building over ten years at a excellent rate. (Subject to status).

The rustic range has been designed to blend in with the countryside, ideal for placing in rustic plots large and small for permanent living, holiday home or weekend retreat. These properties are classed as a portable building and therefore can be situated on rustic plots of sizes smaller than 10,000m2. (Depends on the relevant Town Hall, but in the case of rustic plots of less than 10,000m2, we will only show you plots that outline permission has been granted prior to viewing).

What is a Modular Building
Modular Buildings are classed as a portable building that can be delivered virtually anywhere with access to a lorry or lorries with a crane attachment. Each module comes ready place on the plot and weighs approx 3000kg, therefore there are normally no conventional foundations needed, (In certain cases there may need to be small holes put in the ground and filled with concrete).

As each module is delivered, the installation crew will lift the module off the lorry by crane and continue to join to the existing module. The more modules added, the longer the installation time but normally from arrival of the first lorry and module to completion of the house will take in the region of 8 hours.

Because these properties are portable, in the future should you decide to move to another area or plot, its simple, purchase another plot and arrange for the lorries and installation team to come. Your house can be disassembled in just 48 hours, transported to your new plot of land and reassembled again. Just imagine not having to ever buy another house.

Question: Can I put a modular building any rustic plot of land?
Answer: Yes, whenever the city council allows movable houses, we will check prior to showing you each plot.

Question: It is necessary to request a license from the city or town council?
Answer: The construction company of the Modular Building will supply a certificate of modular architecture with engineering specifications, in most cases this license will not be necessary but in the case the city council or town hall asks for a project, we can arrange all necessary permissions and licenses.

Question: What is the process of installation?
Answer: Each module will be delivered by lorry with a crane and placed in the required position, after this stage a specialist worker will connect the modules and finish the installation.

Question: How long will the installation take?
Answer: 8 hours approx to install and 48 hours to disassemble.

Question: Will the land need preparing prior to installation?
Answer: Depending on the land and situation, there may have to be holes filled with concrete for the feet to stand on and in some severe cases a conventional footing. Our builder will come to the proposed site and recommend the most suitable option.

Question: What about water and sewerage, especially in rustic and rural areas?
Answer: After choosing the ideal plot, we will then asses the water and sewerage and give you a budget for the house, land, installation, water and sewerage as a complete package price with no hidden extras.

Question: Can I take a loan to purchase my Modular Building?
Answer: Yes, there are personal loans available up to 10 years or 120 payments with an approximate interest rate of 7.75%. The loan is subject to status. Please note that loans are only available for the purchase of the Modular Building. If you need finance to purchase the plot etc, please consult you own bank.

Question: Can I see some show home models before I decide to purchase?
