Spain Properties SL are a fully registered and legal company working in
Gandia. With years of experience in selling new and resale properties from
Murcia to Valencia and the interior. We are members of the "Asociación de Promotores Inmobiliarios, Constructores y Agentes Urbanizadores de La Safor".
The company is owned by two partners, both from Gandia. Maria is fluent in Spanish, English and the local dialect of Valenciano. Phil is in charge of finding properties, advertising and sales, whereas Maria is in charge of all other aspects of the company including the head of finance and the services dept.
We not only specialize in resale properties in Spain and Bulgaria, but we are constructor's and promoters. If you would like a certain kind of property and cannot find it, please talk to us as we have plots available in all locations, working closely with our architect, we are positive that we can build your new dream home in the location that is right for you
